Enrollment is quick and easy. You can enroll from your computer or mobile device. Here's how:

You will be on the login screen. Click Sign Up at the top right

Enter your information as you get prompted.

Once you're enrolled, Survey gets an alert from Openforce, and we update your account. Then you're all set to start getting paid through Openforce.

Money gets deposited in your account the business day after you request (business days are M-F, non-holidays)

Money appears on your card 1-2 business days after your payment request. Please allow 7-10 business days for card delivery. 

How and when will I get paid? 

Your completed assignments get approved six days after you complete them. Once approved, you request a payment in the Survey Merchandiser app's Payment Center. 

You get paid the business day after your payment request if the request is made before 5pm EST. Business days are M-F and non-holidays. Payment requests made on Friday after 5pm EST, Saturday, and Sunday will be issued on Tuesdays. Payments are processed the business day after holidays.  

Are there any fees?

Yes. Openforce has a 1.65% processing fee and the Occupational Accident Insurance premium is 1.3%. This totals 2.95%. The fees are only deducted from payments. There are no annual fees, monthly fees, or maintenance fees.

What are my payment options with Openforce? 

You can choose to get paid via direct deposit or have your money put onto a pre-paid debit card. If you choose the debit card option, Openforce will mail you the card. It takes 7-10 business days for the card to arrive. You are able to switch payment methods through the Openforce portal.

What documents do I need to enroll with Openforce? 

In addition to your contact information, you will need to provide a scan or picture of your driver's license, your social security number, your banking information (for direct deposit), and your EIN (if you have one).
